In compliance with the Sapin 2 law, the Etienne Lacroix Group has put in place a plan to prevent and detect, in France and abroad, acts of corruption and influence peddling.
Anti-corruption tools are being put in place within the company and disseminated to all employees, such as the Anti-corruption Code of Conduct, which aims to facilitate the identification and avoidance of situations that may involve or lead to acts of corruption.

The Group's ethics and compliance alert system allows employees, external collaborators and third parties to make a report in accordance with the SAPIN II law of 9 December 2016 supplemented by the law of 21 March 2022. For all reports that do not fall within the scope of the whistleblowing system, you should use the other dedicated channels (your contacts in purchasing, sales, human resources management, safety officer, etc.).
All alerts are investigated thoroughly and confidentially.
